Greetings ALE Users,

ALE Options (Windows 32 GUI) has been significantly enhanced with a
relatively major overhaul.
Many more options are now offered (those that I believed would be among
the most sought after for the typical (enthusiast) user) along with
several operational corrections and enhancements.

As always, I am willing to further modify the GUI upon request.
